Just finished the Yorkshire Three Peaks

Myself, my son Zak, Andy Jackson, Tony Pudner and his son Dave (Jon Turner sadly couldn't make it) have just completed our 26 mile walk in 10 hours 15 minutes.

There would be photos but it was so unbelievably wet I didn't dare get the camera out. It was also so windy on the tops of two of the peaks that we were struggling to stand up I don't think any of us had a single dry item of clothing by the time we finished! Even Tony said it was extreme so it must have been bad! Anyway, we're now changed into dry stuff and on our way home. If I can't make it onto the platform tomorrow morning you'll know why!

It's not to late to sponsor is if you'd like to - especially given the extreme nature of what we've done! You'll have to look on my previous Blog entry for the email address as I haven't got it here.
I guess most people won't get to read this before Monday so hope you had a great weekend.

Simon.

Hi Simon and all the kerith klimbers.

congratulations to all. you must have gone at a good pace to do it in that time!!!
Sorry to hear the weather was soooo bad. Probably makes it even more challenging.
Hope to see you today if you make it - at least the platform is not so many steps to the top.

Thanks for all the encouragement.

Yes Sandra, we are planning on doing it again next year, hopefully with a bigger group of us. Do you fancy coming :-)
