This coming Sunday is the last Sunday after 130 years of our history as a church that we will only be meeting in one location! We've had lots of different Sunday meeting places over the years, at least 5 by my reckoning, but always at one location within Bracknell. It therefore feels quite historic that this will be be the last Sunday we meet that way.
There are lots of exciting things going on this Sunday. At the 9am we're baptising a young Korean girl called Yoon, during the 11am I'm interviewing Catriona Mitchell about how she has been instrumental in bringing social justice to the centre of all we do as a community, then after the 11am there's a tea in K2 to thank Yvonne Scott for all that she has done as children's pastor for our 5-11's.
We've also got our "Give to Grow" gift day in all three meetings - please be thinking about what to give as we look to raise the final £105,000 we need to make this years target.
Across all the meetings I'll also be reflecting on some of the new things we've done over the last couple of years, and some of the amazing answers to prayer which have made those things possible.
Hope to see you there :)
