This Tuesday 7th June is our next All Leaders Meeting. We gather together all of our leaders once a term to share vision and news, and to talk through issues we are facing as a community. It's also an opportunity to spend time with one another, meet up with old friends and make some new ones.
If you're a leader, or an apprentice leader, then you should have received an invite for Tuesday. However, given the rate of new leaders coming through people sometimes don't get an invite, so if you're one of those people then please consider yourself invited and come along on Tuesday. Partners of leaders are invited too. If you haven't been invited and are going to come along please can you email the office, so that we can make sure we have enough cheese and wine, and so that we can get your details added on to the list for next time.
This Tuesday I'm going to focus on some issues relating to the growth we are currently experiencing. This will include an update on the plans to redevelop the reception area, more information on the plans to move the staff to offsite offices, an overview of the current staff team and plans to restructure this for growth, and a comment on some of the things we need to look out for as we grow. We'll also do a Q and A, and look to answer any questions people may have.
